Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure as per state laws
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Previous relevant experience or comparable pharmacy technician experience
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license
  • Assist pharmacists, excluding tasks requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing all pharmacy processes
  • Support training of staff
  • Compound medications per regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescriptions
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations and report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and report illegal activity
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
