Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience or equivalent training as a pharmacy technician
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service and accurately process prescriptions and related tasks
  • Support training of staff and perform medication compounding as regulated
  • Conduct post-fill audits and support non-dispensing health services
  • Perform CLIA-waived screenings and other health services as permitted
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and regulatory guidelines; report unsafe conditions or illegal activities
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
