Job summary
Signature Health is seeking an Associate Director, Pharmacy Central Services to lead centralized pharmacy operations, oversee inventory and 340B program compliance, and support expansion across our locations.
The role requires an Ohio-licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience and at least 3 years in supervisory roles; a BS in Pharmacy is required, with MS, MBA or PharmD strongly preferred, and BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Valid unencumbered RPh license in Ohio required.
- BS in Pharmacy; MS/MBA/PharmD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience in clinical setting.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of centralized Pharmacy teams.
- Coach team members and manage performance through annual reviews.
- Provide coverage as a Pharmacist when needed.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and governing bodies including 340B.
- Improve workflows and patient care through data-driven decisions.
- Lead meetings and training to improve outcomes.
