Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will assist with prescription processing, ensure accuracy, and maintain patient privacy in a high-volume setting.

You will handle third-party prescriptions, manage inventory and recalls, and support compliance with SOPs and HIPAA. Experience with RxEVO and ScriptPro is preferred, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) with 20 hours CE every 2 years.
• RxEVO certification and ongoing training completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prescription processing and verification in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.
• Process third-party prescriptions and manage adjudication reviews.
• Coordinate Rx screening events and immunization scheduling when needed.
• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Inventory management, recalls response, and order accuracy checks.
• Operate and troubleshoot Kirby Lester and ScriptPro systems.
