Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk/Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly, efficient checkout service and support pharmacists with processing prescriptions. You will manage cash transactions, assist customers, and help maintain store appearance and inventory while complying with Walgreens policies.

The role requires flexible scheduling, basic math and computer skills, and likely prior retail experience. PTCB certification is preferred and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and patient information entry.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist in inventory.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in workflow and compliance with policies.
