Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of H-E-B RxEVO system and SOPs.
• Diligent in privacy and PHI handling per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations: model superior customer service and service standards.
• Process Rx input, third-party adjudication, and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate Rx screening, flu shots and immunization scheduling.
• Inventory management, recalls, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain automation equipment and perform calibration.
• Ensure PHI confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with facility maintenance and 5-S.
