Job description

Note: This position is based in Rochester, NY and requires up to 6 weeks of training at our corporate office. Upon completion of training, this position is fully work from home.

Availability: This is a part-time position with evening and weekend shifts. Shift times vary between 8:30am-9:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.

What will I do?

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers with questions
• Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information and orders
• Meet individual and team goals for calls per hour and talk time
• Multi-task and complete work efficiently
• Follow all policies and laws, including HIPAA, requiring a secure and private workspace

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Systems aptitude, data entry, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center experience
• Medical or insurance experience
• Proficiency with EnterpriseRx
