What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate locations
  2. Resolve patient service questions and issues to ensure complete patient satisfaction
  3. Understand and work efficiently in systems leveraged by the Patient Care Center
  4. Participate in the training and development efforts of pharmacy staff
  5. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
  2. 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
  3. Proficient in understanding pharmacy technology and workflow processes
  4. Must complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards
