Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pharmacy Business Support leaders and teams on small deliverables.
• Develop desk procedures and process maps to support recommendations.
• Analyze call data and feedback loops to identify pain points in inquiries.
• Help develop a benefits guide and process for new benefits.
• Assist with current Pharmacy Business Support product rollout.
