Qualifications

• Sophomore year student in MIS/CIS, business process management, business administration or related program.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with business areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to contribute to business process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects in the health services operations and business support team.
• Support population health management platform configuration and data entry.
• Review system error reports and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Help maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance activities.
• Document processes and contribute to business process maps and flow charts.
• Perform routine tasks under supervision and established procedures.
• Apply foundational functional knowledge to deliver department initiatives.
