Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager to join our growing team. You will work on all aspects of product and service delivery, including RFPs, procurement, auditing, and market-check analysis, while coordinating CE team activities for assigned accounts.

A successful candidate will blend industry knowledge with strong communication skills, be collaborative, organized, and proactive in a pharmacy benefit consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business.
• Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel.
• Knowledge of PBM and/or Pharmacy Benefit Consulting.
• Experience with Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of product and service delivery including RFP/procurement, auditing, market-check analysis, and analytic reporting.
• Coordinate with CE team on operational activities for assigned accounts.
• Create project timelines and plans, coordinate data requests, and prepare presentations.
• Assist with documentation and retention of key agreements and client communications.
• Support onboarding of new teammates and coordinate with IT and Clinical teams.
