Job summary

Rael & Letson is seeking an Associate Pharmacy Benefit Consultant to provide PBM oversight and industry expertise, including plan design, procurement, audits, rebates, and formulary guidance. You will coordinate with the Health & Welfare team to resolve client pharmacy issues and support contract strategy.

The role requires strong PBM knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 30% across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of PBM experience as an Account Executive/Manager or clinical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Math or equivalent.
• Experience auditing PBM contracts and pharmacy benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PBM oversight and industry guidance on plan design, procurement, audits, and pricing.
• Support PBM contract strategy and client issue resolution with the health & welfare team.
• Engage with PBMs, vendors, clients to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
• Communicate complex pharmacy benefit topics clearly and responsively.
