Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Account Manager (PBAM) to join a growing team. You will support the PBM strategy, perform data-driven analysis, and collaborate with Pharmacy Consultants on RFPs and client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PBM or pharmacy consulting, is proficient with PBM models, and can manage projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel for client engagements is possible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum work experience in PBM and/or pharmacy consulting.
• Intermediate knowledge of PBM Industry, stakeholders, intermediaries, and buyers.
• Experience evaluating PBM models, pricing types and products.
• Strong understanding of PBM contracting life cycle.
• Experience managing CRM tools (Salesforce, Monday.com).
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate Pharmacy data for analysis and deliverables.
• Use multiple tools to obtain data and identify inconsistencies.
• Proactively manage projects and tasks within HUB Pharmacy Practice.
• Track and update core business activities for reporting purposes.
• Support lead consultants on client engagements and meetings.
• Help design and maintain standardized pharmacy workflows and analytics strategies.
• Build productive relationships within the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
