Job summary

Swisslog is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and evaluate training on our automation solutions across customer sites, academies, and online platforms. You will guide customers and internal staff on best practices, develop training materials, and support post-sales implementation.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license or PTCB, 5+ years in hospital inpatient pharmacy, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician with state license or PTCB preferred.
• 5+ years in hospital inpatient pharmacy.
• Experience with Medication Management systems and automation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates execution of training plans and evaluates effectiveness.
• Delivers training at customer sites, the Automation Academy, and via web tools.
• Guides customers and staff on automation best practices.
• Assists Pharmacy Automation team with staff and customer support.
• Develops training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Provides training to internal team members as required.
• Leads in-person and web-based training on Swisslog products and solutions.
• Participates in post-sale/pre-installation meetings and calls.
• Documents Kick-Off expectations for training.
• Guides customers through implementation and formulary development.
• Provides on-site Go-Live support and transitions to Field Service.
• Assists Operations with curriculum development for classroom, CBT, and blended learning.
