Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Resident Product Specialist to deliver onsite training and guidance to hospital pharmacy customers in New York City. The role requires overnight shifts (8:00pm–4:00am) with occasional weekend coverage, supporting pharmacy staff and connecting them with field service and technical support for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to hospital pharmacy staff on Pharmacy Automation Systems.
• Monitor system status, verify core processes, and coordinate reconfiguration steps as needed.
• Review open cases, establish owners and ETAs, and communicate actions to pharmacy management.
• Review alarm history, classify severity, and escalate critical issues to Field Service.
• Oversee Swisslog Healthcare systems and coordinate with Customer Care for escalations.
• Deliver onsite training, updates, and best practices for equipment use.
• Provide daily maintenance guidance and document anomaly resolutions.
• Generate performance reports and share insights with Swisslog teams.
