Job summary

Manchac Technologies is seeking a frontline technical support specialist to assist customers with our pharmacy automation solutions. The role includes phone support, remote troubleshooting, and on-site visits to service and train customers on DOSIS systems.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and mechanical/electrical or technical aptitude. Some travel and training responsibilities are part of the job, with a supportive, growth‑focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required.
• Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required.
• Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation.
• Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site.
• Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine.
• Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.
