BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Automation Communications to develop and implement strategic communications. This role partners with RxAuto leadership and Corporate Communications to enhance external reputation, drive associate engagement and support major change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in corporate communications, strong editing skills, and experience in public relations, social media, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of professional communications experience in a corporate environment with transformation experience.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in internal and external communications, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to raise RxAuto's external reputation and engage associates.
• Lead external PR efforts, thought leadership and trade media relations for milestones and issues management.
• Oversee RxAuto social media and collaboration with BD Corporate Communications to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Partner with RxAuto leadership and HR to support change management and cultural initiatives.
• Create and manage internal communications content and channels (Intranet, Town Halls, emails, presentations).
