Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Automation Communications to develop and implement communications that raise external reputation and strengthen associate engagement across RxAuto. The role partners with RxAuto Marketing, Corporate Communications and HR to drive product PR, thought leadership and change management initiatives.

You will lead internal communications, executive messaging, social media programs and crisis communications, advise the RxAuto

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a corporate communications field.
• 7+ years professional communications in a corporate environment with transformation initiatives.
• Strong editor and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in internal and organizational communications, and change management and transformation.
• Experience in external communications/public relations.
• Experience in social media, web and other digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive external and internal communications strategies to raise RxAuto reputation.
• Align with RxAuto Marketing and Corporate Communications on PR opportunities and product sales support.
• Lead issues management, crisis communication and agency management.
• Develop RxAuto organic social media to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Coach RxAuto leadership on strategic communication and delivery excellence.
• Develop internal channels (intranet, town halls) and measure impact.
