Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, RxAuto Communications in Durham, NC. The role develops external PR and internal change programs to align with BD’s purpose and culture, partnering with RxAuto and Corporate Communications.

You will drive thought leadership, media relations and employee advocacy, while shaping executive communications, intranet content, and town-hall venues across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of professional communications in a corporate environment with transformation experience.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in internal and organizational communications, change management and transformation.
• Experience in external communications/public relations.
• Experience in social media, web and other digital communication technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RxAuto PR strategies and change management programs.
• Lead external thought leadership and media relations for RxAuto.
• Manage internal comms vehicles (intranet, town halls) and executive messaging.
• Coordinate with BD Corporate Communications and HR to align culture and priorities.
• Support crisis communication and issues management as needed.
