Job summary
Spectraforce Technologies seeks an experienced Technical Lead Consultant to oversee pharmacy applications and integrations in a Lake County environment. You will guide design, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations and regulatory compliance.
The role requires deep expertise in ScriptMed and pharmacy workflows, plus strong communication and leadership skills to mentor peers and coordinate vendor resources.
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT experience with 4+ years in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare applications.
- Hands-on experience supporting pharmacy management platforms (ScriptMed preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, APIs, integration patterns, and ESB middleware.
- Experience with eRx, patient enrollment, prescription processing, order management, and pharmacy workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for pharmacy applications and related integrations.
- Lead solution design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Manage integrations between ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, ESB middleware, shipping vendors, and external partners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, vendors, and development teams to deliver enhancements and releases.
- Drive defect resolution, system stability, performance improvements, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, HIPAA, and pharmacy-related regulations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and coordinate offshore/vendor resources.
