Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Solutions Architect to fill an open position with one of our global healthcare distribution and technology solutions clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead architectural strategy and integration design across a complex healthcare ecosystem supporting patient access, pharmacy operations, and clinical workflows. The role offers the chance to influence enterprise-wide technology direction while working with modern cloud platforms and middleware solutions. You’ll play a critical role in aligning business objectives with scalable, high-performing technical architectures that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable architecture solutions across Azure Logic Apps, APIs, Salesforce, and pharmacy systems to support end-to-end workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define strategic roadmaps and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Evaluate current and future state architectures, identify optimization opportunities, and improve system performance and integration reliability
- Lead architectural and engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices, enterprise standards, and long-term business goals
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience designing and managing integrations using Azure Logic Apps, middleware, and API-based services
- Strong technical expertise in T-SQL, Windows Server, and tools such as SwaggerHub, Apigee, Splunk, Postman, and Azure DevOps
- Deep understanding of SDLC processes, including requirements analysis, system design, development, and deployment
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable architectural strategies and technical roadmaps
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms including databases, operating systems, application servers, and cloud technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pharmacy systems such as GuardianRX, Cperx, Queen City, CMS WordLink, Omnisys, or Genesis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (8–12 years preferred)
