Agility Partners is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to support a global healthcare distribution and technology solutions client. This role is ideal for a senior, integration‑focused engineer who can design, build, and support scalable integrations across a complex healthcare ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in enabling patient access, pharmacy operations, and clinical workflows through reliable, high‑impact integration solutions.
This individual will serve as a senior integration contributor, working closely with business partners, analysts, and engineering teams across the organization. You’ll operate with a high level of ownership, contribute to technical design decisions, and support integration initiatives from development through deployment and ongoing support.
A Little About This Gig
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations across Azure Logic Apps, APIs, Salesforce, and pharmacy systems
- Support end‑to‑end business workflows across cloud and hybrid environments
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues while improving system performance and reliability
- Contribute to solution design, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement of integration practices
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error‑handling patterns to support scalable, supportable systems
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, CIS, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands‑on experience building integrations using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and middleware technologies
- Proficiency in T‑SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and data integration logic
- Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Splunk, SwaggerHub, and Apigee
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting pharmacy systems such as GuardianRX, Cperx, Queen City, CMS WordLink, Omnisys, or Genesis
- Background working in healthcare, clinical, or pharmacy‑related environments
- Experience working in hybrid system environments (cloud and on‑prem)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization best practices
