ArchWell Health seeks a Team Lead for the Pharmacy Medication Adherence Program to supervise Pharmacy Technicians in a virtual/remote-on-site environment and ensure smooth daily operations. The role coordinates onboarding, training, and process improvements while supporting members with medication-use planning and plan benefits.

The ideal candidate has substantial pharmacy technician leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Medicare Advantage adherence programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with a state board license is required.
• Minimum of five years as a Pharmacy Technician with CMS Quality measures or Medication Adherence experience.
• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations oversight of Centralized Medication Adherence Program Pharmacy Technicians, including training and competency evaluation.
• Coordinate trainings for new Pharmacy Technicians during onboarding.
• Participate in hiring of new colleagues as needed.
• Optimize Centralized Medication Adherence Program workflow.
• Assist with other pharmacy clinical programs as needed.
• Handle telephonic inquiries on medication use and adherence, refills, and clarifications.
• Place refill requests with pharmacies after obtaining member permission.
• Review adherence gaps and member charts to determine action.
• Review refill needs and take appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers, and care teams to resolve medication-use issues.
• Ensure tasks are completed timely and in compliance with HIPAA and policies.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
