Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial leadership for medication access, revenue integrity and optimization programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve reimbursement, reduce denials and optimize site-of-care utilization.
• Build and oversee Medication Access Specialist team and collaborate with revenue cycle and pharmacy leadership.
• Partner with clinical, finance and contracting teams to advance access to high-cost therapies and ensure timely patient access.
