Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in Wisconsin. You’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide patient counseling, administer immunizations, and work with physicians to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and immunization certification required.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and staff preferred.
• Strong customer service and clinical counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and QA per state/federal regulations.
• Lead immunization programs and MTM where available.
• Supervise technicians, train staff, and assist in pharmacy management in the manager's absence.
• Maintain department security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
