Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Chester, NJ seeks a Pharmacist for Per Diem/PRN hours in a hospital setting. This is a Full time on site position with weekday and weekend shifts, offering a fast-paced environment and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include drug distribution, clinical support for the hospital pharmacy, maintaining supplies, and patient education on discharge medications.

Formación

• Minimum Requirements: Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required.
• Preferred Qualifications: One or more years of hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services, including drug distribution systems, central operations, and IV admixture.
• Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
• Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.
• Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Position: Pharmacist

Location: 201 Pleasant Hill Road, Chester NJ 07930

Schedule: Per Diem (PRN), Weekday shifts 8A-4P / 12P-8P; Weekend shifts 9A-5P (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $63.00 hourly + Shift Differential

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required
• Preferred Qualifications: One or more years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
• Per Diem Requirement: Must be available to work Six (6) shifts per Six (6) week schedule; Three (3) must be on the Weekend (Saturday's or Sunday's).
