Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Pharmacist for a Per Diem role at our Marlton, NJ hospital. The position covers 8 AM–5 PM on weekends only, with compensation at $63.50 per hour.

You will support all areas of pharmaceutical services, manage drug supply, and provide patient education on post-discharge medications. Minimum requirement is current state licensure as a Pharmacist, with one or more years hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations, and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Inform and instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.

As The Pharmacist, You Will Be Responsible For

Per Diem Requirement: Must be available to work Six (6) shifts per Six (6) week schedule; Three (3) must be on the Weekend (Saturday's or Sunday's).
