Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Pharmacy professional to ensure accurate drug distribution and timely dose delivery across the hospital. The role involves interpreting pharmacokinetic data to create monitoring plans and providing drug information to physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals.
The position requires knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, formulary management, and strong communication abilities to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree. Completion of a residency in hospital pharmacy from a program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists is desirable but not required.
Two years of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy is preferred for this position.
Licensed to practice pharmacy in Connecticut (or eligible for reciprocation).
This individual should demonstrate knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, understand pharmacy systems of drug distribution, and formulary management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others are required.
