Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. pharmacy team seeks a Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy.

The role requires ACPE-accredited education (BS in Pharmacy), NJ Registered Pharmacist license, and hospital pharmacy experience; EPIC experience is preferred. This on-site position offers a collaborative environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of principles of USP 795, 797, and 800.
• EPIC experience.
• Registered Pharmacist License.
