Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services. The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective utilization of medications, including dispensing and monitoring therapy in line with regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate holds an ACPE-accredited PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, with 1–2 years hospital pharmacy experience and knowledge of USP 795/797/800.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of principles of USP 795, 797, and 800.
• EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services.
• Dispense and monitor medication therapy in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
