Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within our hospital setting in New Jersey. The Pharmacist will dispense and monitor medication therapy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate holds an APPE-accredited or BS in Pharmacy, NJ licensure, and has 1-2 years hospital pharmacy experience; EPIC experience is preferred to support integrated drug distribution and clinical services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APCE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and monitor medication therapy in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Graduate of an APCE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred

• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of principles of USP 795, 797, and 800.
• EPIC experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required

• NJ Licensed Registered Pharmacist.
