Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective use of medications. You will dispense and monitor therapy in line with regulations and standards.

Ideal candidates will have an ACPE-accredited education, a BS in Pharmacy, and a current pharmacist license; hospital experience and EPIC proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist with state registry.
• 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services.
• Dispense and monitor medication therapy in accordance with regulatory standards.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
