Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacist responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring medication therapy in compliance with regulations. Candidates must be graduates of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum BS degree in Pharmacy.

Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of pharmacy experience and knowledge of computer applications. Successful applicants will have regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients, and visitors while contributing to improved healthcare outcomes.

The Ambulatory Pharmacist

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred

• 1-2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Licenses and Certifications Required

• Registered Pharmacist License.
