Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Ohio. You will fulfill prescription needs, administer vaccines, and provide thorough patient counseling while ensuring adherence to all laws and safety standards.

Maintain professional standards and a neat work environment, supported by the company’s values and policies. Prior experience in retail pharmacy is a plus, with licensure in good standing required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure required.
• State licensure in good standing.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong math and basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on the accuracy of every prescription filled.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain a professional image through personal appearance, conduct and attitude and the pharmacy standards.
• Establish/maintain records and ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
