• Maintain documentation and policy manuals for staff.
• Keep a clean, professional work area and proper signage.
• Handle product returns per policy.
• Keep equipment updated and staff trained.
• Ensure staff knowledge of policies and safety.
• Perform essential job functions with/without reasonable accommodation.
