This full-time role focuses on accurate prescription filling, vaccination administration, and comprehensive patient counseling while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a high standard of care. The position requires a PharmD (or equivalent) with active pharmacist license, at least 1 year of retail experience, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with accurate filling.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company standards.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, pricing, and returns.
• Ensure proper records for scheduled drugs and compliance reporting.
• Maintain clean, organized pharmacy area and equipment.
