Job summary

Neovance LP is seeking a hands-on Specialty Pharmacist, Operations Manager to lead the non-commercial specialty pharmacy operations team. You will own prescription processing accuracy, coordinate patient shipments, and build a team of pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and call coordinators who take pride in helping patients access therapy.

This role combines process leadership with people development in a metrics-driven environment, requires Florida licensure, 5+ years in pharmacy operations,

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharm required; active Pharmacist license in Florida in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role leading pharmacy techs, call center staff, or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescription processing functions including data entry, data verification, third-party processing, electronic prescription processing, and calls for prescriber clarification; ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage patient outreach for shipment coordination and delivery of therapies; meet quality and productivity metrics; identify gaps and improve patient experience.
