  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Preferred: one (1) year of hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Preferred: experience in retail pharmacy practice.
  • Preferred: good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
  • Advises on drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.
  • Serves all patients to include, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

REQUIRED:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
PREFERRED:
  • One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice.
  • Good communication skills.
