Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Overseeing pharmacy workflow and bench shifts when acting as Pharmacist-on-duty.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment with proper labeling.
• Counsel patients, immunize where permissible, and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain inventory, protect cold chain, and comply with state regulations.
