• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow procedures with safety guardrails.
• Provide compassionate patient care and help resolve insurance and medication issues.
• Offer immunizations and support technicians in immunization learning.
• Maintain inventory controls with focus on cold chain products.
