Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team as pharmacist-on-duty and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and resolve issues with insurance and medications.
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling; maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coach staff and oversee bench shifts when the Manager is not present.
• Maintain inventory, with emphasis on cold chain products and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
