Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing, counseling and immunization efforts in our store pharmacy. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily operations, and help ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold an active in-state Pharmacist license and an NPI, and must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts including evenings and weekends and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Required to complete trainings within the designated timeframe.
• Provide patient care through dispensing, counseling and immunizations.
• Support safe pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
