Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and coach the team during shifts as needed.
• Support daily pharmacy workflow, ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Assist with inventory management and protect cold chain products.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Handle scheduling in alignment with business needs and stay flexible for coverage.
