CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at a CVS retail location. You will model excellence, supervise team members, ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with state boards and CVS policies.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care, coaching the team, and supporting the Pharmacy Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate, pivot between tasks, ensure label accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people, be friendly, respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate meds, days supply, and bottles required.
• Issue Resolution: handle challenging interactions and choose best action.
• Physical Demands: lift, reach, stand, and move items as required.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
