Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Take direction from the Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as the only or primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and coaching the team to do the same.
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations to keep patients healthy and support technicians to immunize.
• Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on protecting cold chain products and collaborating with the managing pharmacist.
