Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist who will lead the pharmacy team and ensure safe, efficient dispensing, counseling, and immunization services. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily operations, and uphold patient care standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and addressing medication and insurance issues while delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations and coach the team to maintain patient safety and service quality.
• Oversee dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and act as proxy during shifts as needed.
