Job summary

You will manage staff, optimize inventory and pricing, supervise patient care initiatives, and lead process improvements to reduce wait times. A focus on leadership, confidentiality, and customer service is essential to support our diverse community.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing and ability to work in the US.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Ability to lead, train and coach pharmacy staff.
• Willingness to continue education as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives from the pharmacy division.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements for pharmacists.
• Direct the team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle insurance issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and service levels.
• Maintain records required by laws and company policies.
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management services.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.
