Insight Global is seeking a licensed pharmacist to supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in a high-volume mail-order/closed-door fulfillment setting in Robinson Township, PA.

The role includes pharmacist verification, prescription review for safety and dosing, patient counseling by phone, and collaboration with prescribers to resolve clinical issues while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited college.
• Active State Pharmacy License in good standing.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; mail-order/closed-door fulfillment experience preferred.
• Active license in multiple states preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager and manage the workflow.
• Oversee data entry by staff and ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper destruction of sensitive records.
• Assist in handling calls from major chains and independents nationwide.
• Oversee end-to-end transfer of prescriptions and ensure successful processing.
• Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions for accuracy and labeling.
• Clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Provide proactive patient counseling and medication education by phone.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical issues.
• Ensure work complies with corporate policies and state/federal laws.
• Collaborate with St Louis Pharmacy leadership and management teams.
