Job summary

CareTria is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge for White Label programs, providing regulatory oversight, program governance, and clinical guidance. The PIC will translate requirements into scalable workflows while ensuring patient safety and compliance across client programs.

The role partners with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Quality to support onboarding, program launches, and audits, maintaining pharmacist oversight and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience.
• Current unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state(s) of operation.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical pharmacist experience.
• Proficient in clinical interpretation and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pharmacy leader for White Label programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and client alignment.
• Own governance and execution of program business rules for prescriptions and workflows.
• Review BRDs, SOPs, work instructions, and pharmacy workflow requirements.
