Job summary

S27a in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead regulatory oversight, program governance, and workflow design for White Label pharmacy programs. The PIC collaborates with Operations, Client Services, Technology, Compliance, and Quality to ensure compliance and patient safety.

You will translate federal and state requirements into scalable processes, supervise staffing, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active pharmacy licensure in relevant state(s).
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory oversight for White Label programs.
• Govern program rules, workflows, and pharmacy controls.
• Support audits, inspections, and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and patient safety.
